Who we are

What we collect

When you use the contact form, we collect:

• your name and email address
• your company, if you choose to give it
• the type of project you pick and your message

Like any website, some basic technical information — such as your IP address and browser details — is processed by Cloudflare to deliver the site and to block spam.

We don't use tracking or analytics cookies.

Why we collect it

To reply to your enquiry and to talk with you about your project. We don't sell your information, and we don't add you to marketing lists.

Where it goes

We use a few trusted services to run the site and the contact form:

• Cloudflare serves this website and runs the spam check on the contact form (Cloudflare Turnstile).
• Resend delivers form submissions to us by email. It's a US-based company, and it processes our email in its Tokyo, Japan region.
• Google Workspace is where our email inbox lives, so that's where your enquiry ends up.

This means some of your information is processed and stored outside New Zealand.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry emails for as long as they're relevant to a potential or ongoing project. If you'd like yours deleted, just ask and we'll delete it.

Your rights

You can ask to see the information we hold about you, or ask us to correct it, by emailing hello@coderockit.co.nz.

If you're not happy with how we've handled your information, you can complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner at privacy.org.nz.
